Healthcare Automation Consulting in Sydney

Sydney runs Australia's largest concentration of private hospitals, aged care operators and health group head offices. We deliver automation engagements to Sydney organisations remote-first, with structured on-site blocks where being in the room earns the airfare.

Australia’s biggest healthcare admin market

Sydney’s scale changes the arithmetic of automation. The city hosts major private hospital campuses, hundreds of day surgeries and specialist centres, some of the country’s largest aged care operators, and the head offices of health groups whose facilities span the eastern seaboard. At that scale, a workflow that wastes twenty minutes per patient or per claim isn’t an irritation. Multiplied across sites and years, it’s a budget line.

The head-office dimension is distinctly Sydney. Many of the organisations we’re built for (multi-site groups reconciling data from facilities in three states) run their centres from Sydney. Month-end consolidation, board reporting, network credentialing: these are centre-of-network problems, and they’re precisely the flows we automate for health networks. The site-level work (referral intake, theatre coordination, claims, aged care reporting) follows the same method regardless of the postcode it runs in.

Distance, honestly handled

We’re Brisbane-based and we won’t pretend otherwise: for Sydney clients, most of the engagement is delivered remotely. In practice this costs less than it sounds like it should. Automation work is built, tested and supported online for every client, wherever they are; a consultant sitting in your building doesn’t make an integration build faster. What presence genuinely improves is discovery and go-live, so those are the phases we fly for: a structured on-site block to walk your workflows at the start, and support in the building when the first automation takes over.

Time zones work in your favour. Queensland stays on AEST year-round, so we’re either exactly aligned with Sydney or one hour behind during daylight saving, close enough that every meeting, call and support request happens inside shared business hours. If your group also runs Victorian facilities, we cover Melbourne the same way.

Working with us from Sydney

How does a remote-first engagement actually work?
Discovery and audit run over video with your process owners, supported by screen recordings of the real workflows. Build and testing are online by nature. We schedule on-site blocks for the phases that benefit from presence, typically the initial walk-through and go-live week.
Does the time difference matter?
Barely. Brisbane runs on AEST year-round; Sydney matches us in winter and sits one hour ahead during daylight saving. Meetings book naturally in shared business hours all year, and support requests land in the same working day.
Our head office is in Sydney but our facilities are interstate. Can you handle that?
Yes. That’s a standard shape for us. Head-office reporting and credentialing flows are built centrally while site-level workflows are handled per facility. See our health networks page for how multi-site engagements run.
